Honduras #3, 2018
Here is the testimonial from the team leader:
=====================================
Our team goes to Honduras every year to do eye clinics. This year we went to some churches in remote areas outside of La Ceiba. We were able to minister to a total of 549 patients and we gave out a total of 189 prescription glasses and a total of 295 readers. We had several older people who came through who had 20/200 vision but we were able to get them to 20/20 and one to 20/40 with prescription glasses. Another lady came through in a wheel chair. Her son brought her to the clinic. Her far vision was 20/180 and we were able to get her to 20/40 with the glasses we had in our prescription glasses inventory. We could not have done all of this without the help of Holland Kendall and his amazing ministry with the Retinomax equipment that allows teams to rent these and use them on mission trips. I thank God for the chance to go to Honduras and help these people have a better quality of life with better vision. Thank you Holland for your ministry.
